As head of her successful team at Compass, Lindsay Dunlap was drawn to real estate for the opportunity to help people fulfill the American dream of homeownership. In 2021, The Dunlap Team sold $90 M in Residential San Diego Real Estate, including a record-breaking sale on Neptune Avenue in Encinitas. This year, the team is on track to exceed that figure with over $74 M sold in Q2.
A San Diego native, Dunlap began her career in real estate in 2007. Some of her career highlights include working with NFL MVPs and closing a $21.5M record-breaking sale in Del Mar. Dunlap has also been the recipient of the Team Realtor of the Year Award by the San Diego Association of Realtors and consistently ranks in the top 1% in sales for all San Diego County Realtors. Recent accolades include Individual and Team Platinum Recognition of Excellence Award, WSJ Real Trends Best Real Estate Professionals, SD Business Journal Top 40 Residential Team, Residential Real Estate Leaders of Influence Award, and San Diego Real Producers Top 200.
